Clearwater Brand Photoshoot: Virtual Assistant

Are you launching or rebranding your business as a virtual assistant? Sharing professional photos will elevate your brand and establish you as an expert, even as a new business.

If you’re wondering if you should invest in professional brand photos as a new business, I recommend it if you have:

  • A simple but repeatable business process

  • A few consistent clients

  • Goals and a strategy for acquiring new clients

  • An aesthetic that you are looking to establish for your brand

Here’s how to prepare:

Create a moodboard of the type of colors, images and graphics that your ideal clients are using
Create a shot list that includes your business process and a small part of your daily routine
Incorporate props that your ideal client will relate to such as books, quotes and your tech

We did exactly that for my VA Jennifer at Day to Day Assist brand shoot!

Pro tip: Incorporate neutral colors, as your branding may change as your business grows. Keep it simple but still authentic to you and who you want to attract.
