We recently shot these beautiful images for On the Go with Jen’s blog launch and I’m obsessed! We shot at the studio, in downtown Clearwater for city shots and a fun restaurant for variety.

On her blog, Jen shares fun spots around Tampa and lifestyle tips, so we wanted to capture some of her content pillars: food & travel, entrepreneurship and lifestyle. The goal of her blog is to inspire on-the-go women to love life like it’s golden. She shares about

I recommend getting professional photos for your blog for category covers, your About page, blog post cover images (and Pinterest pins) and to announce your blog on social and email. You want to have cohesive images that tell the story of your brand as a blogger.

Create a consistent blogging schedule by brainstorming a list of topics for each of your content pillars and then scheduling them out. Set a goal for how often you want to update your blog. Then, create a promo schedule for email and social to drive traffic to your blog.

You don’t HAVE to shoot professional photos for every single blog post. I do recommend using on-brand stock photos to complement your brand photos and attract those brand deals. We have ColorJoy Stock for that!
